Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

- Wipro WILP: BCA or BSc graduates in eligible streams such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics or Physics. Candidates must have studied Core Mathematics as one subject during graduation.

For WILP, candidates join as Scholar Trainees and receive a monthly stipend along with a joining bonus while completing a Wipro-sponsored higher degree. As per recent details, the stipend begins at approximately Rs. 15,000 per month (plus ESI) in the first year with a joining bonus of around Rs. 75,000, and increases progressively in subsequent years. - Online Assessment: A test covering aptitude, English/verbal ability and written communication; the Elite NLTH test also includes a coding section, while WILP includes an aptitude-based assessment.
